The experience behind HaloGuard
Who I Am
HaloGuard was built by someone who has lived emergency response firsthand. Founder Timothy Harrison served in the United States Navy as an Engineering Technician, serving on the In-Port Emergency Team and responding to fires, floods, toxic gases, and chemical spills. He later deployed emergency infrastructure to COVID-19 sites across the country, monitored industrial hazards in occupational health roles, and now works commissioning high-voltage power grid systems. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Homeland Security and the qualifications and knowledge to make sound, informed decisions under pressure — Timothy built HaloGuard to solve the coordination and communication gaps he experienced in the field. This isn't theory. It's hard-won expertise turned into technology.
